Will absolutely never purchase from Plantronics in the future.Have been on the phone to tech support over 10 times about a simple headset that has been consistently failing.Tech support have been absolutely pathetic and still have not resolved my issue even after three months! I would not even give this company 1 star if I could.

Purchased a blackbeat fit from these guys and one of the earbuds stopped working. I contacted the company and they directed me to their company portal where there returns process was outlined. It was really easy to do and they returned a replacement product swiftly. Other than the product breaking within 6 months (could have been just faulty) they have been really good, I would purchase from them again.
