PROS -*Builders went above and beyond and did extras to help us where they could.*3 months to finish the repairs is better than my poor parents who waited for over a year and a half to get anything done through their insurance but this was due to lockdowns.*They paid for electrical bills while they used our electricity*Matt the head builder was lovely and did whatever he could to try and get the job done as quickly as possible.CONS - *It would take between 1 and 2 weeks between finishing jobs, the final repair was unfortunately rushed and not done properly but we had enough so just sucked it up and dealt with it even though it isn't perfect and looks subpar.*We were never told what was actually fixed in order to stop this damage happening again :-/ we were just told it could be 1 of 2 things.

Priority One was appointed to replace damaged flooring at our property after a water leak. The team at Priority One was professional, responsive and flexible to accommodate our preferred flooring solutions and delivered a high quality finish that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Very positive experience. Had an insurance claim and the job was assigned to Priority1 Building Services. Project Manager was assigned and he was brilliant. Always available to discuss any potential issues. Manage all the trades extremly well. Not to mention the tradies that were used were all punctual and excellent quality workmanship. Would happily use them again!

Priority One Building were appointed to repair my property by our body corporates insurance company to repair major storm damage to our townhouse. From day one they were easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The tadies that did the work were fantastic! The house now looks better than the day we moved in.
