Edenhills Pet Cremation

5 cats now over the years and the wonderful caring people of Edenhills pet cremation service only get better! I know when I leave my kitty in their care he/she will be treated with respect and dignity and the cremains returned in the beautiful way possible.

EdenHills make the most difficult time in our lives just that little bit easier and better. We recently had our beautiful Dachshund Daisy cremated after passing away due to terminal illness, I made the appointment for cremation over the phone and the lovely beautiful staff member was extremely patient and caring over the phone taking all the details between my tears and emotions. We dropped Daisy there for a private drop-off. 'Coco's room' was Daisy's final resting place with us, the room is beautiful and so well thought out. We even got to take Piper (Daisy's sister) our other dachshund in with us. Daisy was returned home to us recently, and is now resting eternally on our bedhead in a beautiful pine box. Thank you again, you are doing incredible work.

The team at Edenhills are so compassionate and kind. From the first phone contact I felt Abbey would be in safe hands until she returned to me. Being so close to Christmas I was anxious to have her home but a call reassured me she was coming the day I called. James let me know what time to expect her and again I felt she was treated with tenderness. The fur clipping was wonderful as it included the range of colours of her coat. The paw print is beautiful and as hard as the loss is I feel at peace with her home

Initially had large problems (see below), however after Daniel reached out to me the care and professionalism is outstanding and was kept informed as it progressed and was told about delays and Daniel went out of his way to mitigate them.Just don't expect it in a timely fashion or any updates was told be upto 3 weeks to get the ashes returned turns out it is closer to 7 When you do call to get updates expect them to give an answer which will make you think the ashes will be returned in the next week, call back a few weeks later same story

We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl, 3.5 years young. Advanced Pet Care made all of the arrangements for us, but everything we received was just beautiful. I felt Keeley was treated so respectfully and beautifully and I am beyond grateful that we have all of these beautiful keepsakes to remember our girl. Thank you.

We unexpectedly lost our GSD Buddy just over a year ago and it has taken me all this time to be able to write this review. The staff at Edenhills were amazingly compassionate and I am so thankful that they were recommended to us by our vet. My family and I are still haunted by the circumstances of his loss and miss him terribly, but the peace of mind I had knowing he was in good hands and having him returned to us and the beautiful tokens and keepsakes meant the world.Thank you so much for looking after our Buddy, our beautiful companion, defender and ultimately our loved one. You made a terrible time a little more bearable.

So thankful to everyone at Edenhills for their compassion and care after we lost our beloved cat Narla. Initial phone calls were professional, patient and compassionate while I sobbed down the phone. The home pickup and drop-off made a very hard process a bit easier for us. It was comforting to know that our lovely girl was being cremated with the utmost care. We have placed her ashes in her favourite spot in the sun, in the lovely box we chose from Edenhills many options. Thanks again to all involved ❤️❤️

Edenhills has been fantastic! From the time our poochie went to heaven to the moment he came home! Special mention to Matt who picked up our Leroy and who bought him home. They brought our treasured boy back home to us today. The whole process was so easy, and they showed so much compassion and care. We chose a set that included a beautiful wooden box, a paw print and a fur clipping and it’s all just too beautiful for words. Everything is so precious and we are so grateful we have such a special way to remember him by, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I always used Edenhills for my beloved ones but I have to say the quality of customer service or should I say the family environment they used to show has completely gone in the last few years.There's no more one on oneThere's no more quick turn aroundThere's no more warmness over the phone.It takes weeks to get your baby back!You used to be able to go there and sit with a person and go over what you wanted.Now you HAVE TO drop off at a vet, even if your pet didn't die there. (Ummm extra work for an already busy vet office). Unless of course it's a horse!Bring back Tony and the old staff and way they used to be.
