Fantastic service from Jody at JTyre today.I noticed a screw in my tyre and slight deflation on the way to work, I called Jody asked him if he could do an urgent job, gave him the details and two hours later he was at my workplace patching my car tyre and checking the others. Reliable and excellent service at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I can't speak highly enough about Jody from JTyre. He gave good advice on tyre options for my car and gave a very good price. He arrived early, had all of the right equipment, acted professionally and took care with my car. He did more than was required and rotated my two old tyres for me at no extra charge. Jody is a very genuine and nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend him and will be buying tyres from him again.

I cannot recommend Jody from JTyre enough. We had just purchased a new car which unfortunately had a puncture on the way home. Jody arrived within 1 hour of the call, he inspected the tyre in detail and picked up a few repairs to the tyre of concern that the previous owner had carried out by another repairer.Jody your attention to detail to ensure your customers safety was very much appreciated. We are so appreciative for the work you completed and also spending your time assisting sourcing tyres for our car, you had us back on the road in no time.I would recommend JTyre, Jodys customer service, attention to detail and knowledge is was outstanding not to mention his mindset for ensuring customer safety as priority.Will most definitely be using JTyre for future repairs. I had almost made the decision to go to a tyre shop to get some All Terrain tyres mounted on steel rims when I came across JTyre mobile tyre service on Google.I thought I would give JTyre a go based on the positive reviews by other people and was contacted by Jody who (surprisingly) arranged to meet me on the same day itself when I contacted him.For the amount of the work that Jody did (mounting 5 tyres to 5 steel rims PLUS fitting them to my car), he charged me very reasonably. Jody also showed up on time and I have to make mention - his quality of work was exceptional.Jody was very meticulous and systematic with his approach, ensuring that all tyres were fitted correctly to the rims and also went the extra step to ensure all tyres were balanced properly. He also made recommendations as to where the tyres should be positioned to get the best performance (and longevity) based on existing tyre wear (since these were second-hand tyres).An added benefit with JTyre was that Jody was able to meet me at my residence to perform these works and this saved me a whole heap of work loading all 5 tyres and the 5 steel rims into my ute tray (and tray space was a real issue since these were big tyres...)Following the installation of these new tyres and rims on my vehicle, I was under the impression that my vehicle handleability would be compromised (and hence would require immediate wheel alignment), but Jody assured that a wheel alignment was preferable, but not essential. Surprisingly Jody was correct and my vehicle handled very smoothly up to 70 km/h. I will be testing at 100 km/h over the next couple of days just to be sure.Overall, I am pleased with JTyre's service and I feel JTyre deserves a solid 5 stars.(Positives: Reasonably priced, same-day appointment, mobile / home service, high quality of work)Pictures related: JTyre conducting tyre and rim installation and mounting onto my vehicle.

Awesome friendly service that was on time and priced extremely well, with the convenience of having 4 new all terrain tyres fitted in my driveway.10/10.

I have been using Jody at JYyre for the last few years on passenger vehicle, commercial van and our 4wd Ute. Even for a ‘small emergency’ he willAlways come through for us. We have recommended JTyre to allOur friends and family and Without a doubt we will continue as he goes over and above to ensure all our needs are not only met, but our expectations exceeded every time. Friendly approach, patience and knowledgeable on all our questions. Even on a new car Purchase recently for my wife he was able To offer advise on a tyre issue which he didn’t have to.I fitted new tyres to my 4wd yesterday, and had a slight issue with the vehicle itself, he called me back and he stayed till late hours of the evening in the workshop, till we were able to sort it out. As far after sales support goes, 5 stars ain’t enough.Keep up the fantastic work !

Jody was great! He didn't try and upsell me on more expensive tyres, he told me what he thought was best, and I couldn't be happier. The price was so reasonable, compared to other tyre shops. Plus the fact he comes to you, and does such a great job. As well as going well above, even giving you helpful tips to prolong the life of your tyres. Cheers mate.
