Very happy with my dealings with Glen and Kristy at Andersens Warners Bay, from initial chat in store, the at home measure and quote, to the installation of my carpet and vinyl sheet flooring. They even chased up a sample of the vinyl flooring to be sent from head office to my home address to help me decide. Delivery and installation went ahead on the days promised and very happy with how it all turned out.

We have used Andersons three times in the last 6months, and I couldn’t speak more highly of their service. Two hybrid floors and a carpet lay and it was seamless from start to finish. Easy to pick a product from a great range with ample stock and the turn around to install was very reasonable with a great finish.

We had to arrange carpet and vinyl for a property at Valentine. One visit to Andersen's showroom in Warners Bay and Kristy organised everything. The installation went to plan and the carpet layers even vacuumed! Excellent workmanship and the house looks great . Well deserved 5 star rating.

Great job on our whole-house carpeting by Andersens Warners Bay. 4 bedrooms, lounge, dining and hallway all done to perfection by the installer Rob and his sidekick, Joel. Quality carpet at competitive pricing, helpful and friendly service from Glen and Kristy, great workmanship from Rob and Joel on the installation. Every step from quoting the job to the final product was done to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended. *****

Excellent Service. Had rental that needed new carpet. Andersons were able to do a quick turnaround to quote and lay new carpet within a few days. I couldn't fault their personal service. Carpet looks great as I relied on Kristy's recommendation as we were travelling at the time. Would highly recommend Andersens Warners Bay to anyone thinking of replacing carpet.

Andersens at Warners Bay carpeted our stairs recently , maybe not the biggest project but it wasn't a straight forward job with a curve and balusters set in from the stringer , several other companies didn't want to know about it , too hard , Andersens sent their carpet layer out to look at it , no problem , extremely happy with his can do " attitude and workmanship
