A few weeks ago I had my watch battery replaced here and also my sunglasses repaired - the man behind the counter was so incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. I dont usually leave reviews but his customer service was so outstanding I felt compelled to :)

I had two pairs of Kathmandu sandals that I had stopped wearing because they needed the Velcro straps replaced. I didn’t think it was possible to do such a great job! The older gentleman fixed both with great skill they now work and look like new. Excellent customer service and value for money. Ps. They also have a great range of shoe care products - best I’ve seen anywhere.
