I cannot recommend Kaz and her team enough! The service is amazing and our home is always absolutely spotless and sparkling after they visit. They go above and beyond just a regular clean. It is absolutely lovely to come home to a fresh clean house after they have been. Big huge thank you :)

After suffering injuries in a car accident - this company was hired through the CTP insurance to assist us in cleaning our house as we were unable to do so. The first lot of ladies was fantastic, on time, had perfect attention to detail, worked at a pace that got things done & were very organized. However we weren't able to request these ladies for every clean. at 1 point we were getting weekly cleans, then fortnightly. This company has gained so much money off CTP insurance. The amount of notice given for a clean was less than 24 hours notice with sometimes only being 12 hours. This company was given an approval letter for our cleans & if they had been organized they would of book all those cleans in for the future. Apparently it is my responsibility to keep track of this. You are the one being paid not me. Completely unprofessional and lacks customer service. Cleaners also ask for personal items such as cigarettes etc, would also be hassled to leave our keys out. If your team is so confident to ask for a smoke then they will have no hesitation stealing my personal belongings.Find a small local business and support them, you will never have routine with this company.

Had a very good experience with Karen and her team. Unfortunately we had a serious infestation discovered when they did our bond clean, they were super understanding and adaptable and were helpful in organising a pest treatment. Went back to the house and it was spotless!

Would not recommend using this company if their services bare any reflection to their unprofessionalism on the road whilst in the company vehicle. Not great advertising for this business.

I had a lady come out I knew it was going to be a really big job price was no issue I found her to be very judgemental and not supportive at all $1600 was a fair price I thought but didn’t feel comfortable in the slightest

We've had Karen and her team cleaning our house fortnightly for 4 years now. The team is as exemplary as the cleaning is. Every clean is fantastic and if we ever need any extras done, it is done without hesitation. We have used her for big window cleans (and we have lots of louvers!) and a general overhaul" clean after the house was renovated. We highly recommend Karen and her team and for any cleaning that you may have. Truly professional and trustworthy."

I have been using Spick and Span ever since the business started. In that time they have cleaned my house monthly. Karen and the team have always done a good job and acted in a professional manner. They have been flexible to meet my needs, and always greeted me with a smile. They usually arrive at, or close to, the appointed time and work quickly and efficiently using quality materials and techniques. I can recommend Spick and Span.

The team at Spick ‘N’ Span are awesome - I highly recommend. We have a large family home and they do a fabulous job cleaning and making the house spotless and shiny. They are friendly, reliable and nothing is a problem. They use eco friendly products which appealed to me especially having 2 young children I didn’t want the house stinking of chemicals. We have used several companies on the coast and Karen’s team are by far the best.
