We have a policy of not purchasing on line major products, however after a face to face visit from Radnor and our many questions answered, and considerable research on line, we decided to proceed with a solar installation by Wattsup solar. The unit has not been on long but our best days production was over 52kws which we are very happy with.Install was well carried out by a very competent team of very nice guys in a very timely manner.We would be very happy to recommend Wattsup solar.Ps. The ladies in the office are awesomely efficient also. Thanks girls !!!!!

We had the solar panels put on our roof in April last year and have been in credit on our electricity bills ever since then. We were very pleased with the professional job done and are very happy that we are finally getting free electricity. We are on the pension and they organised a payment plan over three years that we are very happy with.

Sold and installed a Sungrow 3phases inverter and a Sungrow battery for big money. The system is not working from beginning correctly. That was nearly 2 months ago. 15! firmware updates doesn't help. Contacted now Umbudsman for help to let fix the problem.

Enjoying the benefits of our 6.6kw system, not having to budget in paying an electricity bill at Christmas is wonderful, instead, with our account in credit we can look forward to investing our $ into other areas. Ticks along perfectly, install was clean and tidy, couldn't even tell the crew had been except for the new solar in place. Professional, personable people, an overall great experience. I installed Red Earth batteries mid December. I have waited a while to review so I could see the promised performance. $23 thousand dollars later and my return is $2 -$5 daily has left me very dissapointed. No reflection on the installers. They did a great job. But I feel I was oversold. Check carefully what your retun will be before installing.

Great people, service and price for solar and battery install. Smiley at Macleay Island office was our initial point of contact and continues to be terrific answering all of our stupid questions. The guys who did the install were impressive in filthy weather doing a quality job and really nice to deal with as were other support staff involved along the way.

The team were fantastic from the start. They answered all my questions and helped me understand the positive impact a solar installation would have for my family home. Their pricing was competitive and their choice of solar equipment high quality (I did my homework).The installation team arrived early, were extremely respectful when working on and around my home and left almost as quickly as they had arrived with everything in place and how l wanted it.After speaking with almost 10 different suppliers I’m glad l chose Watts Up!!!
