Super professional, super knowledgeable fast and affordable. My computer was not starting up all.i got was a black screen with a dot. Called up Tim as the Nerd Herd WA came the same day fixed it super fast and was on my way to working computer again super happy!!!

My computer was so slow it was ridiculous it could take 30 minutes to just boot up. I contacted Tim and he came and looked at my computer. He cleaned a few things out and ran a few tests and it did speed up significantly however it was still slow. Tim then recommended upgrading some hardware. Tim upgraded the hardware, backed up my data and migrated everything across. I have now noticed a significant speed increase could not be happier.

What a godsend!My PC died over the Christmas period I was worried that I would not be able to get anyone.I reached out to these guys and on the same day he came, and fixed my computer. He knew exactly what the issue was.Tim was professional, fast, knowledgeable and inexpensive.I will definitely be using Tim again.
