Good burgers yes but avoid their chips, worst chips in Sydney, soggy, lots of grey and burnt potato, uneatable. Would attach a photo but look like that option removed

Very disappointing after our last takeaway. 2 weeks ago we drove 10 minutes away, our chips and fish bites were still so crunchy and hot. Yesterday we went straight home, 4 minutes, every item was soggy, just not cooked long enough. Not enough consistency with their product.

Best fish and chips in the Shire. Fish is fresh and beautifully cooked. The calamari is delicious and very tender.

Had dinner here the other night and it was pretty good. We ordered the mixed grill pack, pineapple fritter and a kids fish and chips pack. The mixed grill came with fish, prawn skewer, calamari, chips and a salad. The seafood were cook quite well and the seasoning was flavoursome. The kids pack came with 2 pieces of fried fish, calamari rings and chips. It was quite generous in portion size. Service was good, we sat outside and they brought the food to our table.Overall a decent fish and chips joint.

Really nice, high quality food at a good price.The Barra is a takeaway first, but they put tables outside at night and allow BYO, and even supply glasses for your drinks.The menu isn't huge, but that's not necessarily a bad thing as the quality is high.Staff were friendly and slowed their (otherwise chaotic) pace to serve customers which was good to see.

Went here for lunch today, had the food on the tables outside. Not an extensive menu but the food was delicious and filling. Nice range of seafood, non-seafood and salads to choose from.

Barra is our favourite go to for our weekly fish and chips treat. Definitely not your average chippy.Perfectly cooked fish selection and fancy salads to compliment a variety of choices.Fast and friendly service. Consistently excellent.

The Barra has $15 deal which have fish (crumbled or battered), chips and a variety of salad to choose from. I had whiting today.The portion is big and filling, the fish is well made, fresh and tasty, salad is great especially you can choose what you like, and the chips are not deep fried so you can still taste the potato original flavour.I think the shop is great for the price you pay. There is also a variety of fish you can choose from, some are more expensive the others but generally sensibly priced. Would recommend!

This is my our favourite fish and chips! Absolutely delicious food. One of a kind by marinating the fish, and we always enjoy everything from there. It is a little bit pricey, but the fish is clearly fresh and absolutely delicious!The food is definitely worth the price.
