This painter is so good done my investment property with a good price

I found this company based on their review. I thought he is reliable and trustworthy but actually not. Jesse kept cancelling appointments that has been promised & confirmed. The property is currently tenanted, arrangement has been make with the tenant/agent and he always cancelled the appointment last minute. He even asked me for money in advance to buy paint before the job commence. Things doesn't seem right, at the end we decided not to go ahead with them. We tried to call him to get the money back, when you rang he will escape by not answering the phone and not responding to your SMS.Don't just based on the REVIEW, don't ever give him any Money" if he ask you
