All Support Air

Have used Greg and All support in the past as a Samsung warranty repair. When my unit showed errors and was not cooling he promptly came out and informed me of what was wrong. An expensive repair as the compressor seized, he was straight up what the issue was and how best to fix it. His communication was excellent and went out of his way to assist. Booked in a repair which all went smoothly. Highly recommend Greg and his team at All Support air.

My Samsung air conditioner stopped working at midnight last night. I called Samsung In the morning who recommended All Support Air in South Windsor As an authorised repairer as my warranty had already expired. It was something with my wired remote that gave an error message.Greg at All Support Air, took the time to find out what could be wrong and helped me trouble shoot over the phone and fixed It straight away. He talk me through it patiently and professionally. He absolutely made my day. No more cold nights.
