Fantastic easy and efficient service. We had our car come from Brisbane to Hobart and it arrived earlier than expected and they kept me updated on my car during the transport process. They were $400 cheaper than every other transport quote I got and the service was great. Highly recommend using these guys

I was very surprised and happy when I received a call letting me know my vehicle was an hour away. The company said 5-10 days from Victoria to Qld and it was here in 10 days as promised. In between that was Easter so overall they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Car Express transport because how good was the logistics involved. Thanks Bob

Was expecting my car to arrive late March, but ended up arriving in early March. Very happy that it arrived ahead of time. Couldn't see any damage to the car, just arrived very dusty (they hosed it off for me though). Customer service was very helpful, and I rate them highly. My only complaint is that they called the secondary contact to advise the car is ready instead of myself.

Recently had a car shipped from Melbourne to Perth through Car Transport Express. Definitely a 5 star review based on the clear communication in the lead up to shipping and through to collection in Perth. I also found the staff incredibly helpful on the phone when I needed to ask clarification or details.

Overall great experience with Car Transport Express moving my Mazda 3 from Melbourne to Perth. Very friendly service. Had to postpone my transport date a few times to which they were very accommodating and allowed me to transfer my deposit each time. My car arrived two weeks earlier than expected. Stoked!I dropped a star because when I picked up my car from the Perth depot I wasn’t asked for ID which seemed dodgy to me and possibly leaves people’s cars open to criminal exploitation?I mean, I was asked for ID at Retravision the other day when I picked up a heater I had bought through their website. Surely the same scrutiny and verification is necessary when collecting a registered vehicle?Other than that, my car was delivered to me without any new scratches and in better-than-expected timing. So, overall quite happy with the service.

Car arrived from Darwin to Melbourne in two weeks :) Easy to arrange, including phone call and email re quote, car drop off and collection. Only thing to be mindful of is to collect your car within 3 days otherwise a daily fee and no insurance from their end. Good value for money and car arrived well looked after, would definitely use again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our vehicle arrived filthy dirty and with significant damage. We were advised the vehicle would be covered for any damage in transit and paid top dollar for extra care to be taken. It is clear no care was taken! We have photos of the condition our car left Perth in and the condition it arrived in which have all been submitted to the claims team over 6 weeks ago. As it stands Car Transport Express say they won’t cover the cost of the damages because the car had modifications. These modifications were disclosed from the start which is why we had to pay more than double the standard rate!This company is not trustworthy! Go elsewhere.
