Optima Cleaners Doolandella - Carpet Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Bond Cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!BE CAREFUL!!They are using different abns with different names to scam everyone, DO NOT TRUST ANYONE USING THIS ADDRESS AS THEIR MAIN OFFICE FRONT!!!!If I could leave 0 stars I would but people need to know about this company. Absolute scammers of a company, was told $690 for the job, added $15 per blinds and $10 per wall. Which should've brought the total to $910. This was not the case.I recieved a message the night prior saying they were going to be late to the Job, I was taken back as they knew I needed to drive 4 hours away that day! I said okay and thought that was the end of it, day comes and they arrive, just to be told that the work was going to cost $1100 and they needed a full upfront payment before starting the job (Wasn't notified prior to either). They held the job ransom until they were paid. I questioned their pricing and was told because the wall wasn't smooth it was extra but didn't tell me the exact price. I told them I needed an invoice back, detailed by the end of the day, which I never recieved until the 18th (Wasn't detailed) (the job was done on the 13th of April).On the 14th of April, I recieved a call from our real estate saying the house needed to be re done because there was still a urine smell on the carpet, I called them and they said it had to be done after hours and the real estate had to give them the keys, This was not possible. After many explanations they stopped responding to our calls, messages and never responded to our emails. Our real estate is now going back to clean everything and we will not be receiving our bond back. They are refusing to refund us even though pictures from the real estate prove that little to nothing was done in the house.We are going to fair trading to file a lawsuit on this company.

Joey was an absolute professional and did such a fantastic job cleaning our sofa & rug. Highly recommend and will definitely book with Optima again in the future.

Avoid this company and any other companies listed at this address. Had a bond clean done by them, they demanded more money once they were already paid for a service supposed to be included. Failed to clean walls, doors, kitchen properly thus failing our exit report. Promised to come back to fix the issue, yet never did. Extremely hard to get in contact with them after the inspection as they knew they were being dodgy. They say we should be thankful and said we didn't deserve their help and lie about coming back. These scum dont deserve a business.

Harlan cleaned a very, very dirty oven that had never been cleaned. He managed to transform it to be like a brand new oven. Amazing job done, we cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend this service to everyone. Thank you Harlan !

I completely recommend Shara for a cleaning service. She was in and out in no time and left the place sparkling. She got the job done and targeted the areas that most needed cleaning.

Leave early ! Did nothing cleaning wise !! But left a mess !!Oven still full of cleaning product !Shower dirty show marks in it .Windows , tracks , walls , floors , bathrooms NOT CLEANED AT ALL !Almost $800 !! I can’t believe companies can be as low to do this to people! People save for months to be able to afford bong cleans!Beware of this company !!
