My expereince with Tasco Sales was not a happy one and I will not return nor will I recommend the place. My original order of a telescope and powered mount was partially successful - the wrong mount was supplied. It remained in its box on the floor of my office awaiting pick-up for two months while I waited for the actual mount to arrive - despite being assured repeatedly that it was a mere few days away from delivery. There was no pro-active communication from the sales rep at any stage even after I'd rung on several occasisons and be told he'd ring back later that day or tomorrow - which never came! I sheer frustration I eventually bought a more expensive model from another company who said they had it in stock - it arrived one working day after I ordered it. What a revelation!! I had ordered the same, more expensive mount from Tasco in the end, and after being told it was in stock on a Monday by my now unbelievable sales rep - I ordered it for immediate dispatch - and, surprise...by that Friday it still had not left. That was the final straw. The whole experience was just bad!

I had to contacts the Tasco service department twice and got great service both times. The first time was over the phone and they helped me to claim warranty on a pair of binoculars without fuss. The second time I emailed them about a spare part I needed for my tripod and they sent it to me free!

I highly recommend Tasco Service Department and in particular Graeme Almond. He promptly responded to my queries about repairing my Bushnell Binoculars and dealt witb the issues in a very professional manner.The whole experience exceeded my expectations.I have heard stories from others that have had very poor experience in dealing with other well known binocular brand service departments. Top notch service, especially after-sales. Literally 10 year old product and was still getting advice and experience from Tasco, which helped me figure out a resolution. Highly recommended!

I'm very happy with the service team. Had to return a binocular for repair asking the cost, and they provide a replacement instead, no charge whatsoever. Top notch customer service and will sure return to buy their products. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Had an issue with a rifle scope in the middle of goat kidding, the foxes were having a field day. The Tasco service department (Graeme) provided timely feedback on the issue, contacted the manufacturer and managed to quickly sortout the problem. The new scope is on the rifle and I am still chasing one of the foxes, 5 stars plus Tasco

I've had my Tasco binoculars for nearly 20 years and regularly use them at cricket and footy matches. They seem to be nearly indestructible and I'd really like an excuse to upgrade but so far nothing has gone wrong with them. I like the look of Tasco's smaller lightweight models so will get some of those soon as they look handy when travelling.

Stay Away!! Worst supplier to deal with ever! Items are shipped 3-4 weeks after orders are placed with the online store and then arrive from TSA warehouse broken, scratched or dented. I have ‘unknowingly’ and unfortunately ordered 3 telescopes in the last 6 months from online telescope stores who use TSA (Tasco) as their supplier. I have had issues with all 3 telescopes/ orders. TSA are rude when handling complaints or returns and blantanlty lie to you saying it’s leaving the warehouse today and a week later still nothing. They refuse to hand out tracking numbers for shipping and blame couriers or Aust Post when items go missing or are damaged. Online businesses need to dump TSA as their suppliers of Sky Watcher telescope and binocular products ASAP because this is an expensive industry with telescopes costing customers anywhere from $1000-$10,000 and getting a bad name for your company means people like me won’t be shopping with you again!

Great customer service is not about just about selling someone a product, as anyone can do that. It is when something goes wrong that you find out how good service really is. Furthermore, it isn’t even important whether you have a problem with equipment, as this can occur from time to time. It is how that problem is dealt with that is important. Tasco Sale service department were awesome in that regard, as they dealt with my problem with expediency and with no fuss. To get such good service from an organisation that actually care about their customers is getting harder to find these days. Tasco is one of those rare organizations that recognises that their customers are important. I have no hesitation in dealing with or recommending them. Keep up the good work!
