Arch Threading

I am going to Arch threading in Carousel, the one in front of Kmart ,for like 4 years, its an Ok place, not very good but ok.But this Sunday had a very bad experience with a girl there, the one with a fringe, she was like fast and furious, constantly talking and even not looking where she threading. Very rough and scratch me many times with nail and thread on my nose. When I complain that she is hurting me ,she said I have 7 years experienceSo I ended up in leaving paying in full although job was still not done completely. If you are not gentle and kind towards your client, you are not professional then whats the use of your experience. Take that experience to your home.Unfortunately I was too disgusted to take her name and left immediately. Not going back to that place again.

I always get my brows done from Jolu she knows her job very well and I don’t feel much pain.Also, for the first time had facial from Shikha can’t explain how happy and satisfied I am with her service. All the facial steps were amazing!Highly recommended.

I should have looked at the reviews before going there. I went there as I couldnt get appointment with my regular salon. But I would NEVER GO here even if I dont get appointment anywhere else. The lady here is so rude and she never likes to answer the questions we ask. There website advertise much lower prices than in the shop. When I asked about this she rudely replied that she not the boss and she doesnt know anything about it. Finally paid $112 to get a facial, eyebrow threading and eyebrow henna and I am not happy with the result of any of it. I have a function to attend this weekend and I am really sad I had to spend this much for all this and get unsatisfactory results.

I have visited this store many times for service and always served by Jalu.I must say she is so welcoming, professional and have good experience of what she does.All other staff is kind too.I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others.

Bad experience, came on my birthday, spoiled my mood!! If you come here just waste of money, not good in service, the lady who help me to clean my face, her fingers is full of garlic smell and is not professional,and they keep pushing you to buy their products, my friend who is 20’s come to do her lash extensions pay for 160 is look older and ugly, my friend ask if they can remove it immediately but they refuses it, and they ask to come back tomorrow to remove it, next day my friend come back and remove it they charge other 25 dollar for the removal!those people who work in here absolutely not train well, worst experience ever!!
