We moved from Melbourne to Wangaratta this year and looking around for hair salon for my wedding tomorrow. Got an appointment here and it was not a good experience. As I'm a busy mum and really have no time to think about what I want to do with my hair, was hoping to have some professional opinion, arrive at my appointment, wanting to talk to them what they would suggeste to do, turn out they have no help at all and also made me feel unwelcome here.End up just showing me some pictures online and carelessly put some red colour on it, after they said do you want anything doen?!". As soon as they put the colour on

It has been a year and a half since i visited this salon, and i am still trying to repair my hair from the chemical damage the stylist gave me. whilst i was there my hair had a chemical reaction which I could visibly see (I am not a hairdresser and even I could see something was wrong) which was left unattended resulting in irreversible damage to my hair. I hope the salon has put more effort into the education of the science behind hairdressing because even a year and a half later I'm still paying for their lack of care and knowledge.

I would not recommend this place, I asked for long layers and my hair to be thinned out as it's very thick. I noticed my hair was cut crooked and it hadn't been thinned at all so I requested this to be fixed. The lady (owner) had a bad attitude when dealing with me the second time and ended up making it worse. I have now booked an additional haircut somewhere else to fix my hair!

Just had my colour done this morning and absolutely obsessed, I’ve been coming to hey gorgeous for 3 years now and every time feeling beautiful. Their customer service is unmatched and has been as long as I’ve been coming, great salon for colour including bright blondes and the lady next to me had a gorgeous copper done, 5 star recommendation!!

At first did a good job on my hair color. Was a bit surprised that although they were doing only mine and a fellow workmates hair they knocked back a gentleman for a haircut. Having had salons myself I wasn't too impressed with the work ethic. They did not take the opportunity to provide customer with a service they obviously could have done.Been going there a while now and still not getting the color right. It has become vaguely yellow and one visit left me with a yellow striped" regrowth line. I missed my appt recently and surprised they didn't follow up to rebook. The stripes ended up yellow thru to near orange and cost over $300 for another salon to correct. Don't go there anymore."

I really look forward to my visits to this salon as I rarely take time out for myself. I always feel refreshed and energised after my visits.The team are lovely and welcoming and really spoil their visitors.I have found Sarah and her team to be great at sharing advise on colour and style options, whilst really listening to my thoughts and preferences for my hair. I am always impressed with the end product.
