Bel Air on Broadbeach

We stayed at Bel Air last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable. We arrived early and it was no trouble at all for them to arrange access to the pool area while we waited for our room to be ready for an early check in. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the pool which was lovely. There were no issues with the room, it was clean and tidy and we couldn't ask for anything more. Parking on site was free as well. We will be staying here again when we return to the Gold Coast. I have stayed at a few places on the Gold Coast but this was by far the best for the price – value for money.

Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad! Management need to put themselves in the trash and employee a bunch of preppies to do the work, they'd do a much superior job. Rob, just WOW! Please be kind to people, you are the front person of your business and treating anyone that stays at your property with such arrogance is appalling. If I could give a no star rating then I would have. But hey, I'm feeling generous and gave you 1!P.S the 1 star is because the location is pretty good. Walk to beach, great cafes and major shopping centre.

Giving Bel Air a 5-star review for best experience when checking in; the staff are super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Location is great and even though you are not right on the beach, it’s a 5min walk to a flagged swimming beach. Also close to some really up-market and really good restaurants. The shopping center across the road is helpful for buying groceries and doing a touch of shopping. Close to public transport right down to Surfers. Also caught the bus right outside to the airport.There is also a fabulous coffee shop onsite for your coffee fix. The on-site facilities are fabulous and not ever crowded. Totally recommend staying here!!!!!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom and from the moment we checked in we were treated with great service and friendliness. We arrived early and we were given the pool pass to use while our room was being prepared. The location was amazing and across from pacific fair and walking distance from the beach. All staff were consistently polite and friendly. We will return back again thanks again.

Perfect location, located within a short walk to the beach. Extremely clean and beautifully presented room. Staff easy to communicate with and always happy to offer assistance. Highly recommend

I have been there once last year with my daughter and granddaughter and again this year with my partner. The staff are amazing. They gave me discount and I was able to book the same 1 bedroom apartment over- looking the pool. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the facilities great. I would highly recommend it and will go there again.

Exceptional service, clean, luxury apartments with excellent facilities! Big thanks to Tina, Jasmine and Cheree who went above and beyond! I had a migraine while I was staying there and they made me feel right at home! Very grateful!

Even though the staff was busy they ensured that we got safely into our room and everything was good to go. The view was amazing from the room and very comfortable. The pool, spa and distance to the beach was perfect to get lots of swims in.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful from day one, they called to let us know our room was ready early. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, the hot tub was great and the indoor pool was a nice temperature and usually quiet. The location was great, plenty of places to eat around, close to the beach and the tram and pacific fair.
