I could not fault the whole experience, from originally enquiring about a new bike with Ian....the knowledge he had with regards to a new lowered suspension GSA was greatly appreciated. He made the whole ordering process just easy. After picking the new bike up and requesting a first service only a few days later, again, Ian and the team stepped up. I love the new bike, and it's a great thing to deal with people who actually do what they tell you they will do.I can't recommend the whole team highly enough. You have my business, for I hope, many years to come. Keep up the great work.

The gentleman was very friendly, and explained everything I needed to know. And was very helpful with all my inquiries. The electric BMW iX xdrive40 was like hopping into the future, the quiet while in motion is a feeling I am not quite used to. It could grow on me. It accelerates like a rocket. Love the drivers seat lumber massager while driving

The service team were amazing. I broke down far from home and with two young kids in the car. Despite being fully booked, they made an exception and were able to fit me in and get me back on the road the same day. While we were waiting they looked after us by making us coffees, feeding us and entertaining the kids with Netflix. I could not fault Bruce and the team here. Thank you so much for everything you did to help us get home safely today.

Fatal System ErrorJust sad.Last week, I had the wipers replaced with new ones, but they still didn't work properly. One part just won't get clean leaving water mark.I took it back to the mechanic, and they told me it would cost $100 to replace it with a new one!In my opinion, they have two fatal system errors.The first one is the lack of a double-check system.I believe this incident could have been prevented if the person in charge had properly checked if it was working again.Furthermore, this happened to me not on the first occasion, but on the third one.The first time, the switch on the monitor was turned off.The second time, they told me it was fixed, but on the way back, a message appeared on the dashboard computer saying, A serious defect has been found
