KFC Rockhampton Food Court
3 for 3 in 1 star performances.1) ordered via app and paid. Arrived at counter and they apparently had no record of the order, wasn't until I pointed it out on their own screen that they started making it. Order was also wrong.2) order wrong, had time went back and asked to change, order still wrong.3) ordered via app, price on app was $1 less then there's. They refused to honour it, staff member servicing said the manager can alter the amount and sighed when I asked for the manager to do that. Manager refused to honour the app price.And to top it off, it's the only KFC apparently In the world you can't get hot and spicy chicken.

It's a KFC, so as far as KFC goes it pretty good. Usually very busy so I would recommend buying on app.Good thing about the business is that it normally means good chips

Second time been here and supposed to open at 10.00am. both times not open until 10.20am. food was fresh after waiting.

Went here to get lunch and the lady named Kristy was rude and spoke to me in the foulest manner. Hopefully she learns better customer service! She turned me off ordering. Went to kfc up the road. Better service.

Went to stockland KFC today, ordered a wrap in a combo and when received the wrap wasn’t wrapped but instead thrown in the box. Ended up throwing it away. Worst experience ever with any fast food restaurant.

I visited around 2pm on a Thursday. Service was quick for the large amount of people that were being served. Food was fresh and warm. Seating is a problem with covid restrictions still in place.

Customer service was appalling the chicken was dry and under cooked ,the patato and gravey was like water one staff member wasn't wearing gloves while putting chicken in the box and he wasn't wearing the black cap , when I got my meal I found his black hair on the chicken , couldn't eat my meal had to throw it away into the bin , what a waste of $35

So-so. Staff were rather distant, well intentioned but not overly welcoming and didn't want to be there. Some menu options weren't available. Food was cooked fresh though and wasn't bad.
