Terrible! It's 2 days before we move in and did the final inspection but find that nothing had been fixed or cleaned.Doors still not opening properly.Stinks like sewage and telling us to turn on the water for few days to fix it.Haven't done any cleaning and spiders crawling along.They admit they had forgotten.Telling us though that their cleaner is not available.THEN FIND ANOTHER CLEANER!Giving us much hardship in these stressful period of moving.This is not professional.Not acceptable.You better fix the sewage smell before we move in!!

Different groups buyers had settled recently smoothly. So far ovation quater has got the highest satisfactory among all of my clients. John from the site office, he's the most hardworking, helpful, detailed, efficient and effective person I've ever worked with. He's always there and sort out problems for my clients. Thank You John. Ovation Quarter
We bought a unit here and we are very happy with our purchase.There's plenty of storage especially in the kitchen, sense of security around the building, nice atmosphere and close proximity to shops and restaurants. Overall, well built with thoughts.It will be a plus if the road was made straight through to the station/bus stop towards ANZ stadium rather than having fences all around the building to make people walk around the long way. It will save so much time.

Never ever buy this place.I mentioned the fire alarm issue 3 months ago and still no action. After moving in, they told me the fire alarm must be managed by the owner, and the seller team and Strata managers say not they business.I replaced the battery twice by myself, the same symptoms continued to ring.Before purchasing, they said they would repair it before moving in, but they never did.The window frames are so sharp that I can't even touch them with my hands.Parking lot water dripping on a rainy day.If you push the wall next to the window by hand, the wall is pushed.

Long walk to bus stops, it could have been better if they will put a gate near the bus stop in ANZ and not walk around the building.

The apartments have been well thought of. The designs have the luxurious feel. We are happy purchaser of one of the units in Ovation Quarter. John, the developer on site, has been pleasing and smooth to deal with. He made it very easy for us to purchase our unit. I highly recommend John.
