Great place to stay family-friendly. There are lots of things for families they have motorised bike to a normal push bike, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym, tennis court , and game area for the kids. A few minutes drive to the shops and restaurants good for walking,jogging along the beach .If you're looking for a place to relax and unwind or have quality time with your family, it is a very great place to be

My Wife and I, Booked to stay for 1 week, what we left early because we were very disappointed and would not recommend this place. The rooms look great online but what you will get is disgusting, it was that bad my wife and I went up to the reception and showed them the photos what we had taken the nice lady at reception moved as to another room what was a little bit better, but not much. This place does not change towels, make your bed, or provide toilet paper. It is up to you to go up to reception and ask for fresh towels and toilet paper as me and my wife had to do this. My wife and I decided to leave a couple of days earlier, because we just couldn’t stay here anymore. When we went to check out any more telling the lady at the reception, some of our concerns or she replied was I’m sorry to hear that, but we can’t offer you a refund. The funny thing is we never asked for a refund or just telling her our concerns what she didn’t even take any note of. With our stay we had breakfast included. I’ll recommend you never pay for this service as the variety is very little. The service is very bad honestly, the only best thing I could say about this whole experience was when me and my wife were out and doing things out of the resort.This place has bad customer service, and the cleaning of the whole resort is disgusting and how they have a four-star rating I don't know

Very happy with our experience!We had a room with an ocean view, amazing.Pools and spa are very good.The location is strategic, right in front of the beach, and a short walk from restaurants and cafes.The staff was friendly and lovely.It's definitely a place where we will come back.

Our room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed to ensure we enjoyed our stay.The location is perfect. It's close enough to all the amenities without being right in the middle of the hubbub, has easy access to walking tracks along the shore and we were able to drive the Great Ocean Rd to Port Campbell and back, experiencing as much of the stunning scenery as we could, in just over 9 hours.

Really happy with our stay here.Had a king room with pool views.Outdoor pool and spa are great, very popular while we were there.Indoor pool is decent, 1.7m depth end to end, so kids need full supervision if not properly swimming yet but it's a good alternative if it's too cold outside.Parking was fine but you sometimes need to search for a spot once you've left and returned.Overall was very happy with our stay, 1.2km from main street, makes it the perfect location.Would cone back again for sure.

Our rooms were mouldy. The first room we had was mouldy and smelly so we requested to be moved to a different room. This second room was also mouldy. There was mould on the curtains, carpet and in the bathrooms. The curtains were also torn. When I mentioned this all to the person at checkout she said ‘that happens here’. The staff when we changed rooms were friendly and understanding. I will not be staying here again, nor will I recommend Wyndham resort Torquay to anyone. I have also contacted the hotel directly with no reply.

It was an exceptional vacation for our family of six. Fits everyone in on the 3rd floor plus there is even a cinema room. I would definitely recommend. Third floor had wifi black spots but if you go down to reception they give you an execivelly fast router with no fee at all. Please, give this place a try andgo there.

Had a very pleasant stay here for an overnight stop over. Staff at front were very professional and helpful regarding car park and finding room. The room was clean and quiet and I had a great nights sleep. The only fault of my stay was the slight smell of stale smokeI would definitely stay here again in the future :)

Spacious and clean room with a nice view to the pool and apartments made our stay unforgettable. Also, the under-cover car park was another plus.The only downside was the sofa bed which was squeaky and uncomfortable.Overall, it was a good stay I would come back again if I need to stay around Torquay.
