We were offered a 'free' website for our business from an internal source, but quickly realised we were out of our depth completely. Once we had a chat to Damien and Renee we realised that like everything in life, you get what you pay for, so we signed up with Propeller. We were asked all the questions about what we wanted, not just from our point of view, but from our own clients point of view - after all, that's who we are marketing too! Once the process began we were updated constantly, and when the final product was live we were pleased with the result. They even took on the updating and ongoing servicing to keep it fresh and new (and 'google friendly'). I also like the no fuss approach - you ask a question, you get an answer, much like I do business. We used them for our graphics as well after that. Awesome service, highly recommend to anyone wanting serious web presence.
