Absolutely incredible service form the team at Interactive. Ben helped me with my repair and although my laptop was not salvageable he was so helpful and friendly which was so appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to seek help from Interactive in the future and highly recommend them as a repair service. Thanks again Ben!

Wonderful experience with cracked screen replacement - easy to schedule appointment, accessible staff, contactless drop off and pick up, excellent value for money. Repair cost was $200 cheaper than quote provided by competition (also Lower North Shore Apple Approved Repair). Advised repair would take 3 days, phone was repaired in two days.

I took my laptop here for a known hardware fault, the staff were super easy to communicate with. They had my laptop fixed in three days and arranged for me to collect it around my work hours. Great customer service and definitely would recommend!!

Most rudest and unprofessional people I’ve come across, i booked in for a 11.40am screen replacement same day service and was told pretty much can’t do it not our problem and walked off, just down rite rude !! What a joke

Very helpful. If you need an Apple device repaired they are good. They take time to explain all the issues and listen to the customers requirements.
