I went to telstra VP to get a new number. I was greeted by Benjamin Ivey who was taking down number as all staff were busy and they would call when a member was free. As I had no number this obviously would be difficult. He cleared the line and proceeded to personally organise my plan to avoid me having to guess when to come back into the store. He was polite, courteous and saved me an incredible amount of hassle. The best experience I've had getting a mobile plan, thank you very much Ben!

Grant was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and also gracious. Answered all our questions thoroughly. We were fortunate to have Grant as our consultant. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would. Whatever you do ensure you keep him on staff and assist him if he wants to advance his career.

The staff at this Telstra shop are an asset to telstra. The are all very helpful and polite. Never experienced this in one shop. You always get someone in a bad mood but not these guys

If you like to wait a long time come here .Even with a pre phone call to see if they had to stock. Expect to wait up hour.

The manager Richard Walker was so easy to chat to when i went in with a complaint about my new internet set up.He found that it it did not work for me so he changed my plan and new modem to suit my needsAlso Sam who helped me set everything up such friendly staff and easy to talk tooSo a big thank you to you both.

I swear this shop is closed more than it is open. 9am to 4pm on Saturdays l.. here we are at almost 10am and nothing. Lights off no sign stating a differ in hours.
