This shop is AMAZING!! There are so many movies, tv shows, memorabilia pop figures, t-shirts and collectibles and so much more. If you're a movie fan like me you're going to love this store. It's nestled in the Myer Centre in the Queen Street Mall Brisbane. If you've been searching for that hard to find rare movie or TV show, just enquire they just might have it. The stores owner Adrian was very helpful and friendly and more than happy to find something I was looking for. Definitely worth a visit.

Great selection of movies, pops and other collectables. James and Adrian are always willing to go above and beyond to find anything I wish to purchase, whether it be pops, DVDs or other collectables.

Went in today looking for a specific movie, staff member was very rude and short with me asking “why do you even want it?” when I couldn’t tell them the cast of the film. I ended up getting the movie which was great but later found out that it was $10 cheaper at JB HiFi. I’d be happy with paying what I did toward an independent retailer if the service was actually good and staff didn’t try to embarrass me.Update* I’m glad to see that this business is willing to accept a bad review! I feel like being called an “ingrate trouble maker” and accused of lying is very telling as to what the service is like from this store

James and Adrian are amazing, both in their extensive knowledge of rare films and tv shows, but also in their sincere, cheerful, utterly impeccable customer service. They go out of their way to help you find what you want and I consider them the best at what they do in Australia. Don’t waste your time trawling obscure sites that don’t deliver. Call James and Adrian and get what you want, even if all you have is some really vague reference from something you saw decades ago and have been tormented ever since trying to find. They also provide postal tracking numbers so you know when your next batch of DVDs will arrive. I can’t recommend DVD KINGS highly enough. They’re the absolute ultimate. Thanks guys❤️ your work!

Good range of titles but most of the import titles can be found cheaper on eBay and Amazon, even with postage added on. Good for convenience but if you want to save money there are much cheaper options.

Venture in here every so often and usually find something that’s been out of print for ages. I’ve found TF Mou films and other spicy stuff here, as well as some obscure vintage monster titles, kung fu flicks etc. Prices aren’t always cheap but fair in most cases. Worth it to support one of the last independent stores.
