Hi Nahomie,Sorry I think you may of mistaken me for an old school agent!....45 five star reviews and not any less whilst the bigger agencies are starting to hide their reviews online. Come to think of it we might just put our management fee up to 10% + GST to match the bigger agencies, but yet the public say we do a better job. Not bad for a husband and wife team.I think we’re the only agency in the NT that don’t charge lease break costs either, I’ll change that now.Sometimes it’s best just to move on, oh by the way ‘Not changing a thing’You didn't have a review system back then. Now my other comments are gone here is your email in response to me asking about your slogan.. no more to pay. Then there are other fee's and charges listed in your management agreement. It was a simple question. This was your response. I'm not being rude. Don't tell me what to do with my money and how to spend it. I earnt it in my own.
