What a great bunch of people. We had some car dramas whilst away on holiday and the got us soughted without fuss . Staff were friendly and happy to help . It's nice to see some quality service does still exist.

I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else to buy a car. Julian was amazing from my initial enquiry, to ordering my Prado, keeping me updated on delivery times and then when I picked it up! If you need a new Toyota, I cannot recommend Colac Toyota any more. The staff were all lovely and I will continue to promote them to anyone looking for a car!

We have just purchased a Toyota from Colac Toyota, the wait time was nearly 4 months. The sales staff and management were an absolute pleasure to work with, from delivery time to accessory choice , ( a few mind changes by us ) and practical advice was never too much trouble. It has been challenging for the dealership to source new vehicles, but they never stop having a red hot go at helping their customers.Thanks Colac Toyota

In a loan car from another car yard, I found myself with a wheel just minutes from falling off (and probably being killed or seriously injured!)The awesome guys in the service department immediately came out to help me, to fix the wheel and check all the others, and even road tested before I left.Not only did they potentially save my life, but they went over and above to sort it and make sure I was safe. And all being after their home time! That in itself shows their commitment to community and to safety.Highly recommended!

I rang twice to enquire about a vehicle, the first time I was promised a email in return about questions I asked that they didn't know at that time and they said they would get back too me but never did. The second time I rang, I asked to speak to the same person but they were busy with other customer's and I was promised a phone call back, 3 day's later still haven't heard anything back.They have lost a very likely sale from an interstate buyer. Very poor service, obviously not keen on making sales and it's a wonder how they are still in business.
