Sam was able to attend promptly thank goodness, and assisted me with my issues. Sam was also able to advise on upgrade for new computer too. Very friendly, calm and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I am a small business owner doing up chalk boards and murals. Alot of my customers require mock ups and my old PC was just not able to cope with Photoshop.I reached out to Sam for I needed to have a customoised system built. He exceeded my expectations and the system works a treat allowing my business to grow.Sam's customer service skills were amazing, he was in communications with me every day intially to keep me informed on his progress. The PC was built within a great time frame so my business did not suffer.I can't recommend DS&B highly enough.

Best in IT hands down. Sam made an issue i'd been putting off with my computer for 2 years easy. He fixed the issue quickly at an affordable rate. He kept in contact with me every step of the way. Sam even came over to my home after I had the computer fixed to help me with an update issue i had...taking time away from his family on a sunday...now that's service! Thanks so much again Sam...Will recommend 1000 times over..
