Service was excellent the driver went above and beyond we had people tell him what to do, he was told to do things he wasnt meant to but didnt make a deal of it hejust helped. The car was awesome our daughter loved it thank you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!This company was quick to reply when I was looking to book in the Kombi for our wedding. Soon after... it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give this company zero or minus stars I certainly would.So 3 months out from the wedding I tried to make contact with Kyle (the owner of the company) and for a month I had no reply. So for the next month I tried to do some digging around and contact them in other forms - social media, email, text, phone call etc.1 month from the wedding, complete silence! Not one courtesy message or email back to let me know it was all good for the wedding. After two weeks of calling every day and leaving multiple messages each day it was a true miracle. The owner finally got into contact to say he was away and we were all good for the wedding in two weeks.Just before the wedding it rained so much that there was flooding and our wedding got moved to the next day - which they were flexible with and provided a different option to have a smaller and noticeably run down Kombi as the other one tends to leak with rain. $1700 for the stretch Kombi - stay tuned to hear more about the cost of the other Kombi and the experience trying to get money back from this terrible set up they call a business.On the wedding day I got a call from the owner, who was driving to say that he may be a little late to pick up the bride (which was fine, she had to be late anyways). The time kept getting later and later, blaming it on the traffic. When Kyle arrived at the pick up location he got out of the Kombi and was still getting dressed, putting on his creased shirt and was noticeably flustered as if he had had a big night prior to arriving and slept in (maybe this was the reason for arriving so late).Once in the car there were no seatbelts and he was speeding on the wet country roads, which, was very unsettling for the bride, her father and the bridesmaids (especially since there were no seatbelts). After reversing over the owners garden and hanging around for a quick photo with the car Kyle said he would get into contact about giving back some of the money we paid as he did not complete the quoted and paid for service. He offered a day trip some time (no thanks) or some money back, which he would email me a quote.So after our honeymoon (6 weeks later) I contacted Kyle to try and sort out our refund by asking for a quote via email of how much the smaller Kombi was to hire. After no contact once again and then me pestering him each and every day, finally he sent through an email, which was our old quote for the stretch Kombi. Then again, after weeks of pestering again, finally I got an email back to let me know he would be giving me back $330. Now this is again when he went completely silent and would not reply to any phone calls, emails or messages for about a month.It wasn't until I threatened legal action that I finally got the money back into our account, however, instead of the $330 he transferred $300.So all in all, as I said the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I highly recommend you DO NOT ever use this business for anything.#someoneshutthemdown
