SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics Minyama

Went online to make an appointment. Went through process but did not get a confirmation. Called clinic and was put on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. Called back and was told time had been allocated to someone else. I ask for another time and was told nothing else today but not offered anything for the next day. Poor service.

What an amazing doctor. Peter was friendly, informative and has a great sense of humour which made us feel very relaxed. We went in early too which is unheard of for a doctor.

I've had my skin checked and warts burned off here multiple times. Never have to wait like at the GP's. Everyone is friendly and happy to chat. Very professional and efficient, and the best thing is the treatment worked the first time. I wasted too much money at my GPs when I should have just come to the professionals. Highly recommend this practice for professional service.

My husband phoned many clinics on the coast, including the Caloundra one he had been to before. He had a large lesion getting bigger and bigger on his chest and he was really needing it looked at urgently. All the other clinics didnt care at all and stated that we cannot fit you in until two weeks time. The Sun docters at Minyama understood this on the phone and booked him in straight away. I’m sure the doctors are great here but reception need some training perhaps. I recently called to make an appointment just to be put on hold for some time and then told, “Sorry, we’re full then. Bye”. Without getting in another word she hung up.Feels like a business that’s too busy to actually care for their potential clients/patients. No “local” feeling at all.

I had a mole cut from my arm with a 6mm punch. The stitches were pulled too tight and the scar has puckers of skin on either side. When I approached the doctor about the state of my scar I was advised to wear a compression bandage for six months!!! And that it should settle down within a year... What a joke! I will never let skin doctors cut anything from me again.

For something highly regarded as a daunting experience the whole team at sun doctors was nothing short of exceptional.Patient, Friendly and understanding is a small snipet of the outstanding qualities they all have. I was most impressed with Donna handling the most part of the appointment and after care.Donna showed excellent leadership and professionalism. A great experience to a daunting task that needed to be done.Looking forward to seeing the Sundoctors team next year!Many thanks a happy customer ~

Dr Kristin is very friendly and professional, she was my doctor for 3 years there and before her another 10 years with the previous owners. Today I came in for what I was told was my appointment, (I book my annual appointments myself while I'm there every year), However today I was told that there was no appointment booked in for me. Obviously the receptionist on my last appointment didn't actually enter the booking into their system, however gave it to me as always on a card, I entered it into my google calendar on my phone and turned up as usual. As I travelled there today 34kms for absolutely nothing and was rudely told, by their receptionist I don't know what to tell you"

Great staff, they make everyone feel at ease, great atmosphere and care.
