A word of warning to future clients.From my previous experience dealing with other agents from both an owner and tenants point of view, Natalie has been by far the worst for communication on both a rental and investment property.Before contracts were signed, she was attentive and friendly, so I gave a star for that. As soon as contracts were signed and on her books, it's like she falls off the face of the planet. No courteous messages to say things are in the works nor follow ups in a timely manner.The amount of errors on her part as well made me question whether she was even licensed. Perhaps this agent is the definition of biting off more than you can chew.

Natalie offers a very personable touch to finding tenants or selling. She uses propertyme which meant that we could track progress on items being repaired and all documents were in one place.
