Super impressive desk - smooth order process, fast delivery to WA (1 week) and fantastic product. Fully raised desk is very stable, recommend the monitor stands to keep desk space available. Needed a few extra monitor support spacers that Makayla sorted out instantly with no drama, they arrived in a few days via Express Post. Highly recommend the product and company - a great experience.

Hands down the best desk and best customer service. I bought my Up Down desk in Pheasant wood and it's such a stunning piece of furniture. I really enjoy using it. Even just sitting down at the right height feels amazing. It was easy to put together although I did use a drill and get my partner to help. I have a pulled rib muscle but we were still able to do it easily. My partner was definitely envious of the desk, he said it was even better then he expected. The packaging was also great. The pieces are packaged in such a way that really makes it hard to have an item delivered damaged. I was impressed because I really don't want to have to put the desk together again if a piece came damaged, so I felt that the desk from purchase to after care is really well thought through.

I purchased a PRO corner desk and I couldn't be happier. It is very sturdy and comfortable to use.Had some questions and an issue with one of the legs during the installation and the whole support team was very quick and helpful to respond which was great.I highly recommend this desk.

I’m very impressed with my desk and this company. I ordered a recycled messmate (eucalyptus hardwood) which is very solid and premium build- much better than the particle boards I’m used to. Those who have seen it are very impressed!Service and delivery were also excellent. When I saw a new deal that was offered on this just after I bought it, the company kindly offered me a better deal- this was much appreciated. Makayla was wonderful to deal with throughout the process.I recommend this company to anyone in the market for a top quality desk that won’t need replacing anytime soon. Fantastic standing desk and superb customer service!Purchased a Pro Series Manual Standing Desk. Desk frame is very sturdy (and heavy, best to install with somebody else present to assist). No noticeable wobble when using the desk raised (I have a 32 monitor mounted on a desk clamp).Makayla was very helpful

Absolutely loving my new UpDown Desk I recently purchased for my WFH office. The solid bamboo table top is solid, beautiful and pairs well with the black frame.The mechanism works well, is responsively quick and smooth. It also goes as low as 64cm which is great for me to sit at the desk being short. Needless to say, fantastic as a standing desk.I ordered the desk in the morning and received it in the afternoon - fastest delivery ever and great service from the delivery person who brought the heavy package upstairs for me. I also received a free anti-fatigue mat, metal locking drawer and cable manager.After sales service has been great too, with UpDown Desk checking in often to see if everything is ok. Amazing quality, solid product with warranty to boot and fantastic service - highly highly recommend for any WFH office.

The desk is really high quality and I absolutely love standing more through the day. A couple of small hiccups with ordering, but the customer service received to fix these was good. I chose UpDown Desk over the competitors as I liked their finished more, was a good price and like other reviews, can confirm the quality feels solid and looks great.Very Happy!

I had checked a lot of standing desk and eventually went ahead with the Pheasant Wood UpDown Desk, and it has been an amazing experience.I ordered the table and got the delivery very next day (I live in metro area), the assembly instruction was easy to follow and quick. Special mention to Katie for the amazing customer service, all my queries were heard and resolved immediately.The desk is solid, sturdy and has a very quick and smooth Up/Down motion.The Pheasant Wood desktop is absolutely beautiful and stunning especially when seen in person. I am not sure why you don’t see many people go with this desktop.One feedback would be to provide pre-drilled holes on the desktop, it will make installation a lot easier, and will be less prone to making any alignment errors.I will 100% recommend UpDown Desk for anyone looking for great quality and service.
