They deserve no stars, Same thing happen to me I am trying get my money back through the back, I have been a customer for more then 20 years and always had a problem with delivery, I order bags in January and still haven't received them, phone them and they don't answer or if they do they say I will send them out I am still waiting.

THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH I BROUGHT FILTER BAGS IN MAY AND AM STILL WAITING FOR THERE DELIVERY THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE THEY DONT RETURN CALL WHEN YOU DO GET THEM THEY TELL YOU IT WILL BE THERE THE NEXT DAY STILL WAITING FOR MY FILTER BAGS EVEN THE MANAGER DOSE NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS TOMORROW I AM CALLING FAIR TRADING I WILL ADVISE ANY ONE GOING TO BUY ONE DONT THE SERVICE IS APPALING

If you could give them a negative star rating they deserve it. Terrible customer service, never return a phone call or answer it.Quick to take your old vacuum and your money but you will never hear from them again, it has been over 3 weeks that my mother has been promised her vacuum will be returned she can not go out waiting for the courier and still no vacuum. The vacuum is good on the off chance it works but never seen a vacuum that need to be returned to the supplier so many times, and so costly.underlined advice STAY CLEAR.
