The guys showed up on time, jumped straight into work and moved all the furniture with zero damage. Great guys, very polite and I felt fine having them in the house. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a removals service.

Poor quality service, minimal care taken to furniture. The truck was dirty and no protection blankets were used. A few of our furniture got damaged during the move and our expansive mattresses had black dirt marks all over. Unfortunately we didn't purchase additional insurance, so the damage wasn't covered. No apologies or any type of compensation was offered. Would not use or recommend this service again.Further to the above, there were indeed blankets on the truck, however none was used. The crew had poor personal hygiene, complaining about the workload all day, kept asking for a tip and cash payment.Not chipping the furniture should be part of the basic insurance

On behalf of Stella- although the boys were running late - we were the last job for the day, they were so cheerful, polite and friendly. Very professional but not bossy and we were very comfortable with them. No problems with shifting and packing the goods. And even when delivering to new place, they were very obliging in placing the goods. Thoroughly recommend Black Diamond Removals

Was disappointed with the lack of communication.. showed up late and assumed settlement being later.The team got the job done and was very good with our furniture.. appreciated the care taken on the day.

We’ve used black diamond four times now and each time they’ve treated our belongings with respect, and haven’t damaged anything. They were reasonably priced, fast, professional and genuinely nice people to deal with, would be using them again in the future!

Aaron and the boys did a fantastic job. Our move was really challenging. A move from wollongong to a very steep block at Earlwood. They pushed themselves really hard to move our stuff quickly and efficiently. They were really nice and super professional. This is the third time we have used Black Diamond. I recommend them highly!!!
