Worst place I ever worked at, I worked at the new ingleburn warehouse for 3 days and had the worst treatment I have ever had in a warehouse. The supervisor and another employee not sure if she was a manger or not kept hovering over me while I was working and yelling at me hurry up and at one point the supervisor walked up to me and slammed her hands on the table shouting. They expected me to talk in and know what do straight away even though I was only there for a short period of time and made me feel worthless at the end I had leave would not recommend working at this place. The manger told me this how warehouses are but I have worked at other warehouses and they do not treat their employees like this.

Recently worked here for the busy mothers day period at the ingleburn branch. The first week was allg but the week leading upto mothers day was the worst. The expectation was too much and even tho supervisor was helpful at times joke and would praise yu here and there the constant yelling rudeness and being talked down too was alil extreme. The only good thing out of it was i met some awesome people who became work friends that i dint get to say goodbye too bcoz i decided not to go bk next shift. Big ups to Kim she is soooooo lovely. Man the things she has to put up with shes a soldier. Promote her she deserves it!!

Great job really nice management and good pay. I nearly didn’t apply for this job when I read these other reviews but I’m so glad I did. Maybe these people who complain are just lazy and don’t want to work. I would recommend to everyone give it a go you will love it their.

New factory with good amenities, offering tea, coffee & milk for the employees. Maybe you will meet someone who are rude here as some of the views mentioned about, especially supervisors but most of the coworkers & team leaders here are friendly. I worked as a casual here during mother’s day, hope I can work here longer, sadly they only need people on peak periods such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day & Christmas.

Went for an induction. The two girls at labelling and flower sorting are so so rude, she blames her broken English for being rude. Also you won't get paid for induction and it's a full 8hr shift. Don't waste your time. Avoid. Neil is so disorganised.... Messaging him is harder than winning the lottery. I can't stand the rude employees and lazy supervisors

Worst place to work! Supervisor kept yelling and people who work here for long time are so rude. They didn't show us how to do arrangement properly and just said fast fast

Worked here for 5 weeks. Worst working environment. Supervisors will yell at you when they see fit and they yell so loud other workers can hear them and that made me feel embarrassed. The work load per hour was extreme and expectations were rediculous. There are some nice people here I've made friends with but most of the ladies have rude attitudes. Worst part is that we always were waiting for flowers and they would take 20 min sometimes to bring out the pallets and that time waiting is still part of you're working expectations so you lose time making bouquets and they will tell you off and say your numbers are low and to go faster.They will use you and let you go when they want. Work is only when they really need you during busy periods otherwise you can only do 20 hour weeks. And Neil from the agency is useless and disorganised, all he does is sign you up with no proper induction and you never hear from him again. You can't contact him and he never messages back! When we had a fire drill no one took a role call or bothered to ask us anything or tell us anything we just stood outside and came back in, dodgy. Don't recommend this place for employment.

I spent 2 weeks working there leading up to Valentine’s Day.I can see how this place has had many bad reviews, as it is quite frantic and does not have the best working atmosphere.I was lucky enough to be working with a great team who explained to me step by step how to do things with reasons why. My hat goes off to them, as they always maintained a high standard and worked tirelessly no matter how busy things were. Thank you Kim, Ti and Mia. You are all very hardworking and first class all the way.The same cannot be said for the management though, whose communication and organisational skills were truly lacking.I dislike being negative, but perhaps it’s time for a restructure and a bit of music playing in the background in the main warehouse couldn’t hurt.Also, the work agency, LSA, needs to be clear with people from the start that the work is really only temporary during the peak time, and unless you are exceptional and well liked that there is no real future there.This is 2023 after all, and we all deserve to be treated like human beings and not slave labour.

Worst place to work for they don't explain how to do the job properly. A lady call J is a team leader English not pretty good, especially she spoke the number of sixteenth and sixty. She just show u one times how to do the flower bouquet , also she’s attitude very bad and impatient when she ask the new casual workers to do something “Just follow what I tell you to do!!”( Maybe…you guys think that is very common-sense, but when u look her face and acting you guys will understanding that what I mentioned it )She quite worst things is sometimes ask u doing fast, and sometimes not be fast/rush)!In my opinion is for the new casual workersif make the nicely flowers bouquet, couldn’t be too fast. It because when u do fast a bit ,u will be get yelling from her. Yelling like no reason.Also, seems she doesn’t want the new casual workers do more the flowers bouquet than the old casual workers. (They have a recording a person how many flowers bouquet they make.)Another female Supervisors everyday just yell for no reason.The working time are not stable! A weeks just only 30 ~ 33 hours.(I’m sorry that what I written here, but this is all the truths!)In the End, even thought morning shift, the hourly rate is a bit higher than another company. But this working place not be recommended is the surrounding, and environment
