We had problems with some piping with our hot water tank. Ian came out and spent hours trying to fix the problem and finally got everything working again. We are very grateful for his time and effort he put in to fix it. Excellent customer service.

Great service from the Sewer Surgeon, Craig and Sam installed new pluming to ensure the bath and sink could drain quickly enough. They stayed after hours to ensure the job got done and that we could still use the bathroom the same day. Great work, thank you for going the extra mile.

Sam from Sewer Surgeon is amazing! Very professional, and very responsive. From the time I first called to arriving at my front door, less than a 90min wait. He had all drains in the bathroom sorted in no time. Hugely impressed - not only was this a late call out on a Saturday night, he was so respectful of my two sleeping babies in a small two bedroom apartment, neither woke up. Above and beyond service!

They kept us informed on delays due to weather. The tradesman arrived within the time frame. He was polite and explained in detail what needed to fixed showing photos of the damage. This was then fixed at an agreed time allowing for materials to arrive. Again arrived on time and left no mess behind.

Great experience using Sewer Surgeon to fix my blocked sewerage pipe. Jarrad was fantastic - he was friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly to me, and did a really thorough job of clearing roots from my pipe. Considering how hard he worked I felt it was great value for money. I will definitely use them again.
