Brilliant service, friendly people, helped me carry my T.V. in. Tv works just fine again, they got it in the same day and had it sorted before lunch the following day. Highly recommended!

Was told our TV was ready , no it wasnt was in peices when we went to collect it. Told again its ready , arrange a mate with a ute to pick it up, note on shop back in 15mins waited 20 no show. Went back later that day same again. Rang when message says shop is open . Next told you have contacted us out of opening hrs. Husband was told by owner once we actually got hold of him that because of the stuff around they would deliver the TV to us on Saturday. Waited at home all day again no show. Owner then sent a message to my husband wishing him a happy fathers day and stated would deliver TV monday . Husband agreed and sent back that it would have to be by 9am as we all work. No return text and shock (NOT) the shop does not open till 10am today. Very unimpressed with the lack of respect shown to a customer and total disregard for others time this company has. Still waiting for our TV.

Satellite system was easy to set up I'm my caravan. There were items that I had to wait for but Richard sorted that out and everything works well

I was told my Panasonic convection micro-wave wasn't worth fixing.So I took it in to Aardvark Electronics, Richard had it fixed and serviced same day and reasonably priced. Don't chuck it out until you see Richard.

As a follow on from my previous post regarding excellent service and support received from Vansat I have just taken possession of my new van which has a Vansat Bluestar system fitted. On my previous van I had a manual satellite system which could take upto 30 mins to make operational, with the Vansat Bluestar you can arrive at a site and if you choose have your favorite show on the TV before the kettle has boiled and you haven't even stepped out of the van, As simple as pressing a button, great when the weather isn't so great outside. To date looks like the equipment is as good as the service. Thumbs up.

I recently purchased a Foxtel caravan system from Vansat. All equipment was delivered on time and promptly installed with no problems.

I was having issues with my emails through Outlook so I took my computer to Richard at Aardvark Electronics. He had it fixed within the quoted time even though it was a difficult fix. Professional, prompt and friendly service!! Can't ask for more than that!

Had Richard check vanset box it was giving us trouble he checked everything out changed old for new everything all good service great Richard great guy to deal with recommend him anytime
