Our business was clearly outgrowing the existing office space and Linda was able to create a refurbishment plan that addressed the space needs within the constraints of our budget. That was a great start - but perhaps more importantly Linda clearly listened to our brief, working through ways to translate our values into the built environment through fostering team collaboration, and creating break out spaces, social areas and individual work spaces - all aligned to, and showcasing, our brand. Linda was agile, recognising and responding positively to changes to the brief as we developed our thinking - and our budget! This included looking for innovative ways to reuse and recycle existing FF&E to reduce cost - and working directly with the builders to think laterally to meet our needs.I would have no hesitation in recommending Linda and Modern Concepts for your Commercial Interior design and project management needs .
