Got them to come out and do a measure up of 2 x new wardrobes early Dec,it's now the 23rd of Feb and after numerous calls, emails and even popping into their office a number of times we still have no quote.I won't be using them now or anytime in the future.

Ordered new sliding cupboard doors for our laundry. They measured up promptly and then delivered and installed the finished product quickly and efficiently. I did not experience any issues at all and would be happy to recommend this company.

I have rung this company 3 times over the past week to get new wardrobe mirror doors fitted. They have not even done me the courtesy of replying. Very disappointing. I also physically drove to their premises and spoke with a very nice gentleman who assured me someone would ring me later in the day. Two days later no phone call. I have a much larger similar job in the future. Guess which company I won't bother to call. Jan Boyd

Wards originally did our new home installs and did okay. A few years on a shower screen door needs a small adjustment - you would think I'd just asked for the Crown Jewels. Guys you need to do better in the Customer Service space - yes we're all busy and Christmas is looming so I get it, you're busy - there's a way to say that and keep your customer engaged. Worth learning in my book.
