Accidently called Eagleby instead of the Beenleigh shop to book in a service. Russell on the other end of the line helped me out as all my car notes were with the other shop. Nano then serviced the car, even showing me areas of the car that the other shop had left notes on. All clear! Outstanding service and a very personable crew!

Russell is a totally thorough mechanic even snowball under a tremendous amount of work he was able to complete my job .. gave me great advice aswell.... I totally recommend him above alot of qld mechanics......

Awesome service! I contacted these guys as my car was having issues running all of a sudden. Upon calling, I explained the situation and the staff were able to assist me straight away. They diagnosed the issue immediately upon dropping it off. Their knowledge re mechanical issues are second to none. Had my car back the next day in time for work. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back. Thanks again for your awesome service!

Broke down on the highway with kids in the car. Even though clearly busy on a Friday afternoon Russ (mechanic) stopped what he was doing and went above and beyond to helping seeing the situation I was in . Not just good service and knowledge but compassion in a difficult situation. Rare to find these days. Couldn’t appreciate his help more . 5 start plus
