We did a half day tour with Jay in the morning, and another spotlighting tour that same evening. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as a guide, and we will definitely be coming back when we are in Melbourne again in the future.

I booked a half-day photography trip to Western Treatment Plant, a full-day birding, plus a spotlighting session with Treeswift Wildlife during my trip to Melbourne. The booking and email communications were fast and smooth, and I am overjoyed that they could accommodate me, given that my notice period was short during the busy season.And for both of the sessions, Jay was the guide, and I am more than glad to have him. He is experienced, knowledgeable about different fauna groups and knows the places well - it is always great to find a passionate person to chat with and do the spotting together! I booked a one day Private Birding Tour with Treeswift Wildlife. On 30 March 2023, Jay, our guide took me and Boon, my friend in Melbourne to 3 places, Jawbone Reserve, Serendip Sanctuary and Western Treatment Plant. On that day, we saw at least 100 different species of birds. What a great day for birding, Jay is very professional, personable and a nice person to go birding with. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to spot birds in very challenging places. Both Boon and I thoroughly enjoyed our day and were able to take photos of many beautiful birds.Thanks Jay for his hard work. We had a wonderful experience with treeswift on our nocturnal spotlighting tour. Not only did the team try everything to accomodate our preferred dates and interests, we also really appreciated their conservation-minded approach.Our guide, Jay, was very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. We got to see lots of greater gliders, boobooks and even a tiny feathertail glider. An absolutely fantastic experience!

I recently attended both the Birdwatching Workshop in the Dandenong Ranges and the Wildlife Photography class at the Melbourne Zoo. Both were fantastic, professionally run and great value for money. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and have a passion for wildlife. Looking forward to my next tour with Treeswift!

I recently attended the Wildlife Photography experience at Werribee Open Range Zoo. It was a wonderful experience with Angus as our guide. He was extremely helpful with photography tips and so easy to talk to. A small group size meant that everyone felt engaged and involved, and plenty of time at each exhibit to tweak our camera settings and angles, with Angus there to provide advice and support. A great experience all round and I will definitely be signing up for another event. Thank you to Treeswift and Angus for a great day.

The wildlife photography class at the Werribee Open Range Zoo was excellent. Our leader, Angus, was knowledgeable and provided great assistance and support. Worth every cent. Wonderful way to learn about my camera and the best approach to wildlife photography.

We went on the Rainbow bee-eater morning at the You Yangs and had a lovely time. Our guides Angus & Jonathan were great - enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The guided walk was great value and meant I got to see the rainbow bee eater!

I booked a one day birding tour for my father, Daw with the treeswift wildlife guide, Jay. Jay is a very professional, personal and obliging guide. He made sure my dad got to take photos of the birds he wanted and that he was very comfortable throughout the tour. Indeed, Jay is extremely knowledgable about birds and wildlife. There were rains and bad weather in the second half of the day and Jay offered to make up the rest of the tour in another day with better weather despite of his busy schedule. Overall we are extremely happy with Jay’s service and would highly recommend treeswift wildlife to others.

I attended the Melbourne Zoo adventure yesterday and had already booked Werribee and Healesville. Excellent dollar value. Our guide, Jonathan, was sensational (without the normal ego of many guides) He was knowledgeable and thoughtful and as I am an experienced photographer did not expect to learn much but certainly I picked up a few small suggestions. Certainly recommend this experience
