Fish n chips in the park. Shallow water for swimming and exploring the beautiful creek and not to mention the wind though gets a little crqzy we found so bring a few things to tye down the ol gazeebo and blankets etc. Was a very relaxed and fun day though.

Lovely spot for taking 5 mins to stop and smell the roses.Quite and clean. Few families enjoying dinner.

Great place for a picnic lunch, stroll along the water, letting the kids play or even just to pull up a seat and kill some time ❤️

The wind was blowing a gale, cleaned the rather messy council barbecue which when we came back was occupied by some fellow cooking a sausage and mince patty. Good for the young fellows to try their hand at river fishing. Nice place to swim in the warm afternoon waters.

Great Family get together some came from Newcastle Brisbane Lismore And Coffs Harbour beautiful park under the shaded trees kids swam and great BBQ lunch we made use of all the wonderful facities. Thanks Ballina for a great few days .

Great spot for a family barbecue and a frolic in the water. Well kept grassed area with clean barbecues and toilet block. Easy access to the river, which is quite shallow and child friendly. Some playground facilities. Not wheelchair friendly where we were.

it was great the air was very in hailing my nostrils were open the sun was giving me vitamin c the sky was really nice. my mortgage isnt due till next month my lawn needs a hair cut and i still av beer in the fridge
