I fell in love with a hall stand on the internet and went to see it at Seanic Antiques. Mark was wonderful. He showed me the piece, gave and the details, and I took photos. He modified it slightly to fit my space and delivered it to the transport company to get it to rural Victoria all for no added cost. It now resides in my home and I am enjoying it every day. Shop has an excellent range of quality antique furniture and collectables with excellent friendly service and competitive prices. I would like to add further comments regarding scenic antiques- l have recently purchased several additional barometers from Mark and have always found him extremely helpful, accommodating and very pleasant to do business with. Quality of antiques is first class and restoration work is of the highest quality.

Had the worst experience with one of the owners from Scenic Antiques. I parked my car in front of his driveway for 5 minutes to drop off my 6 year old daughter and wife at school. He started shouting and honking and blocking my car from leaving, what a horrible human being. We couldn’t console our daughter for hours, she was crying and shocked by this lunatic behaviour.

We have both bought from Mark at Seanic and had furniture restored for a number of years back to when he was in Newport. Mark is honest, highly skilled and offer great value. I type this on my 1910 French oak desk that we purchased from Mark about 10 years ago. Just recently had a cedar chest restored. Magnificent!! Cant recommend highly enough.
