I went on Saturday half hr befor closing the lady was on her phone all the time we were there then she disappeared and there was no one in shop so we could pay. There was no help at all i was very disappointed with customer service there was none.

Another place that must be unbelievable inside. The wife can disappear in there for hours at a time, buy nothing and feel like she has achieved something. Got me buggered.

The staff are lovely but there is no room to walk around and if you have a frame or wheelchair forget it. As this is a store for more mature ladys you really need to sort the store out better. You can not walk between the racks.

I don't hate it but the girl who served me was on phone complaining about someone, she was talking right through my sale. Another lady walked out & said if she doesn't want to serve me I'll go elsewhere. Very disappointing
