I am a former casual staff member and was belittled and degraded in front of customers by the Belmont manager. This is not acceptable. I am not a visa worker that needs to put up with abuse and being made to work extra unpaid hours. A common practice from what I saw. If your wondering why your return had mistakes or was not lodged in time maybe consider that the tax consultant you see is not a registered tax accountant and is lucky to be receiving minimum wage once you add all the hours they have to do for free in-order to keep there job. The goal is to get you in and out as quick as possible to ensure the office meets unrealistic profit targets and the mangers get their bonuses.

Went yesterday, Yolanda who helped me was nice.....however charged me $299. What a disgrace charging this amount ,she new I hadn't made a profit from my first year of business , a loss actually. She should of told me to do next year as I'm now aware of after talking to other tax agents and there is no way they would of charged that for such a quick and simple business tax. Id been happy going to H@R block before this now I will never recommend them again. Word of advise ring before you go to ask how much you will be charged, or even better just avoid them.

There are not enough expletives in the world to describe the abhorrent dealings I have had not 1 but 2 years in a row. Everything from a $7000 mistake to not even lodging my tax return to the ATO. Unless you would like to waste your time correcting all their mistakes or chasing up whether they have done their job then don't EVER go here. Oh, don't bother asking for a refund either...you won't get it

This company is a disgrace, literally forgot to submit my tax return and online did it once i called them 6 weeks later. Do not recommend

Didn't receive copy of tax claims this year

Would not ever recommend, over priced. Slow. Lost my paper work, had to re sign my documents then 3 weeks after my return had still not been lodged. Only when I rang the ato to see where my return was did the ato notify me it hadn’t been lodged yet. H&r block charge top dollar for zero service.

Customer service was fine, however the tax return time promised was 2 weeks, however it took up to almost a month for me and my other family members to receive our tax returns. Furthermore, my tax accountant imputed my banking details wrong, which meant a cheque was sent out to me. Will be looking at a different company for next year.
