Four stars for me means that someone has done everything they are SUPPOSED to do and done it well. Five starts means they also do the things they don't HAVE to do and do them well too! Tony not only provided us with the advice and expertise we needed but also the personal support that is necessary during any building project. We live in an owners corporation development where getting on with your neighbours is even more important because you all live so close. Tony not only respected this, we were asked by a few of them for his details given the quality of his work and the way he goes about it. I have NO hesitation recommending him to anyone or speaking about his work.

It was my lucky day when my real estate agent suggested Tony at Niche to refurbish my apartment in readiness for selling.The agent had already set the auction date and Tony and his team had three weeks to gut and refurb. What a professional job! New kitchen, new bathroom, new heating, new blinds, new carpets, total painting.All the different tradesmen arrived on time at the same time, to quote. The quote for the whole job was very reasonable. The works were carried out on time, to an excellent standard. Tony was very patient with all my little queries and went above and beyond of what was required, attending to little things I hadn’t thought of, eg replacing old door locks. The total refurbishment of my apartment is wonderful and I have already referred Tony to several friends.
