Excellent service and excellent range.

I bought a pair of polarised safety glasses & returned them due to be faulty. I was unable to obtain a replacement pair so I was advised that they could only offer a store credit (after waiting nearly 5mins to receive this response) & when I queried this policy, I was referred to an A4 document stuck on a wall no where near the register...it was in an area that I had not visited, so how could I be aware of this policy!I then advised that a credit is not good enough as the glasses were defective & that was not my fault! The salesperson then went to his manager again...another long wait before returning to be told I would receive a full credit. Obviously this was a good outcome for me but why I’m only giving 1 star....this is due to the poor customer service received. The salesperson was not very friendly & after receiving my credit he said to me you can take the glasses if you want & threw them on the counter at me! Very rude....will not go into this establishment again ever! I would rather go elsewhere where my business is wanted & the staff are friendly.

False claims quotes will be answered within 4 hours. Sent in an urgent quote prior to opening hours (7am) sent a follow up email at 3pm, end of business day, no replies at all. Guess I'll wait for total tools to order in the parts I needed!

Absolutely disgusting customer service received by the staff and manager of this facility over a faulty product that would not be refunded. Wouldn't go anywhere near that place again.
