Very very bad customer service. I called two weeks after our 48hour order only to be told there was no chance of getting stock. The man who answered didn't want to look for my order and was extremely unhelpful. I approached them on social media and they deleted all my posts and banned me from their pages. Stay away

I am a mobile bicycle mechanic and come across many repairs and service on Reid Bicycles I always call on them for replacement parts and the staffs always helpful and price on parts are good so I can pass on the saving to my clients. Love your work guys.

Reid Cycles is great. I bought two bikes here and I've had them repaired six times in six months - for free! You might say hey your bike broke six times so their bikes are bad". I treat my bike like cr#@

Bought a bike here online to pick up. Took more than a week. Arrived to pick up and staff ignored us and didnt seem very friendly. Didnt get any explanation aboit the bike, warranty or servicing. The bike itself has been fine.

Staff were friendly, both over the phone and in person. They spent time giving advice and answering questions above what is expected. Merely purchased accessories today, but will consider returning here first if I needed a new bicycle.

Purchased a Reid Xenon today at Cooparoo, and it is absolutely amazing value for money. A huge upgrade on my Apollo. After chatting with one of the staff and trying a few bikes I decided the Xenon was great for commuting, so I got some thinner tyres and away I went. Bikes come with a few freebies which we all need anyway! so added bonus.Service was pretty good, not too pushy, who needs to when the product is that good!Tobias

Awesome service. Managed to wreck one of my stock pedals so one of the guys there upgraded my pedals to more hardened ones for just $10, fitted too. Also checked the tyre pressure. Champs!
