Good people and good service

My mechanic bought a new drive shaft from them that’s faulty. Moved states and had to do it again which costed me about $250. They refused to pay for labour and they made me literally carry the part back to them so I can get $80 after a week or two so they can check the part. They totally refused postage and they said they will refund me on the spot. Dodgy people and they dodge taxes too. Stay away!

Very cheap radiators but unfortunately they are also very cheap and unreliable quality. My radiator sprung a leak on the bottom left corner after only 15 months and 3 weeks and I was told 'It's out of warranty, nothing we can do. Their unreliable radiators only last 3 - 4 months after the 1 year warranty and GripX don't even try to resolve the dissatisfaction with a deal on a replacement radiator. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere for quality

GripX Auto Parts provide good service and prompt delivery.I find their prices are very good compare to Burson or Repco should check out their prices before shop elsewhere.

Good quality parts and good prices

Awful. I ordered an inlet manifold for my Audi TT using an Audi part number, the part arrived in Audi wrapping, with an Audi leaflet explaining warranty terms. I was led to believe that the part was a genuine Audi part. The manifold turned out to be counterfeit and faulty. GripX deny selling it to me and that the inclusion of their invoice was a mistake on their part. The money for the transaction went to a Mr. Spinello (who has posted several reviews for GripX). When I telephoned I was given a fictitious email address. GripX is evasive and unhelpful ... I would suggest avoiding doing business with them - deal with a genuine company for genuine parts. Easily the worst parts company that I have ever dealt with.
